Is my project big enough?
24 pieces is the screen printing minimum. Promo product minimums vary by item. Reorders of an existing design can run smaller, just ask.
When will I get my order?
Standard turnaround is ten to fourteen business days from art approval. Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front and we will tell you straight whether rush is on the table.
What if my art isn't print-ready?
You do not need a polished vector to start. Send the cleanest file you have and our team cleans it up so it presses sharp. You always approve a mockup before any screens get burned.
What garments can I choose?
Almost any blank you can think of. We work with a wide network of suppliers, so you can name a brand or let us recommend the right fit, weight, and price for your run.
Will my brand color come out right?
Yes. We mix ink to your PMS within reason and call out the exact match on the proof. You sign off on color before any screens get burned.
Can you ship outside California?
Yes. East Bay pickup or local delivery is cheapest, but we ship anywhere in the country. Shipping is billed separately, at cost.
Do you do reorders?
Always. We hold your design and last quantities on file and quote the reorder the same business day you ask.
How do I pay?
We send pricing up front and an invoice once your proof is approved. No payment is due to get a quote.
